California Privacy Rights
Effective date: August 10, 2026
This page supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.121). BIOHACKERS LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Right to know
You can ask what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose, the categories of third parties we disclosed it to, and the specific pieces we hold. The data export in the Privacy Choices portal returns all of it as a JSON file.
Right to delete
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. The portal performs this immediately: your account, profile, submissions, upvotes, reviews and comments are removed. We keep only the minimal record of the request itself, with your account reference stripped out, as the law allows.
Right to correct
You can ask us to fix inaccurate personal information. Most fields are editable on your profile page; for anything else, email privacy@biohackinginternational.com and we will correct it.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can still record a permanent do-not-sell / do-not-share signal on your account through the portal, and we honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
We do not collect or use sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, and we do not use any information to infer characteristics about you, so there is nothing to limit. If that ever changes, we will publish a limitation mechanism here before doing so.
Right to non-discrimination
We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality experience because you exercised a privacy right. Deleting your account naturally ends access to account-only features, which is a consequence of the deletion, not a penalty.
How to submit a request
Use the Privacy Choices portal. Because CCPA requires a verifiable consumer request, you must be signed in and confirm a 6-digit code we email to the address on your account. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days where permitted, telling you if we do.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Email privacy@biohackinginternational.com from, or attaching, written permission signed by you. We will ask you to verify your own identity directly and to confirm that you gave the agent permission, unless the agent provides a valid power of attorney under Cal. Prob. Code §§ 4000–4465.
